摘要： 异叶香薷来源于唇形科（Labiatae）香薷属（Elsholtzia）异叶香薷Elsholtzia heterophyl a Diels的干燥全草。本论文采用来源坚定、性状鉴定、显微鉴定、理化鉴定等方法对异叶香薷进行较为系统的生药学研究，为制定异叶香薷质量标准提供鉴定基础。

摘要： Ehretia microphylla Lamk. is a member of the Boraginaceae family and finds its use in the Siddha System of Medicine. Aim of this study is to investigate the morphology, exo and endomorphic characters, powder analysis, preliminary phytochemical analysis, pharmacopoeial standards such as physico-chemical parameter, TLC photo documentation and HPTLC finger print of aerial parts. The results revealed the presence of an arc shaped collateral vascular bundles in the centre of the midrib and discontinuous sclerenchyma fibres below the vascular bundle. The adaxial and abaxial epidermii are nearly identical in structure but differ in their sizes. Presence of aerenchymatous spongy tissue, tanniniferous sacs and cluster crystals of calcium oxalate in the mesophyll and 2 or 3 layered hypodermis and isolated strands of pericyclic fibres in the stem are characteristic features. The powder showed abundant unicellular trichomes, foliar epidermal cells with anomocytic (ranunculaceous) stomata and druses of calcium oxalate crystals which are diagnostic characters to identify the drug. HPTLC finger printing showed 16 peaks at 254 nm; the TLC photo documentation showed four visible spots under 254 nm, 8 spots under 366 nm and 4 spots after derivatization.

摘要： 当前我校全面开展了三项教学改革,而课程改革是教育改革的核心,改革是否合理直接关系到人才的培养质量。生药学课程理论虽不深奥,但项目繁杂,涉及的范围十分广泛,给这门课的讲授和学习带来了诸多不便,学生难以接受,迫切需要进行课程改革。本文主要从生药学的教学内容、教学方法、考核方法等几个方面对生药学课程改革进行浅析,为生药学课程研究提供有益参考。

摘要： 目的：对紫背水竹叶根进行生药学研究，为扩大和寻找新药源提供科学依据。方法：采用基原鉴别、性状鉴别、显微鉴别、理化鉴别等方法对紫背水竹叶根进行生药学研究。结果：紫背水竹叶根中除有梯纹导管外，还有类字母形导管；其乙醇提取液试验、水提取液试验、石油醚提取液中含有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖、皂苷、酚类、有机酸、黄酮类、生物碱等成分。结论：紫背水竹叶有效成分丰富，为进一步深入研究奠定了基础。

摘要： 通过分析独立学院生药学实验教学中存在的问题，提出对生药学实验教学内容、教学手段、考核方法进行改革初探，改革能有效地解决教学中存在的问题和不足，培养了学生的实验操作能力、科研能力，使实验教学质量和学生的综合素质都得到提高。

摘要： 本书分为实验技术和实验内容两部分。在实验技术部分中主要论述了生药学实验中常用的显微、理化鉴别及含量测定的方法和注意事项；在实验内容部分为了让学生更好地掌握生药鉴别的共性，按照药用部位分类收载了20个实验，基本涵盖了生药学研究的各个方面，尤其是加入了开发性实验(药材标准的制定)、自我测试实验(未知生药粉末的鉴别)以及应用本领域新技术的实验(生药川芎的HPLC指纹图谱分析、高特异性PCR法鉴定生药蕲蛇)，同时还设置了药用植物园和标本室的实习。

摘要： 北沙参为伞形科植物北沙参的根。北沙参多年生草本，生于海岸沙地、沙滩，或栽培于肥活疏松的沙质土壤，分布于山东、辽宁等地。具有极高的药用价值。

摘要： Canavalia virosa (Roxb.) Wight & Arn. syn. C. ensiformis (Linn.) DC. var. virosa (Roxb.) Baker. belongs to the family Papilionaceae. It is known as Kozhi Avarai in Tamil and used in the Siddha System of Medicine. In the present study, the morphology of the plant, exo and endomorphic characteristics, powder analysis, preliminary phytochemical analysis, physicochemical analysis, TLC photo documentation and HPTLC finger print of leaf are investigated. The findings revealed that the occurrence of prism of calcium oxalate crystals, paired foliar epidermal cells with solitary styloid crystals, non-glandular uniseriate and glandular club shaped trichomes and paracytic stomata are diagnostic characters which would help in the identifi cation of the drug. TLC photo documentation showed ten spots in UV 254 and 366 nm, HPTLC fi nger print profi les of the chloroform extract showed thirteen peaks out of which 4 are major peaks.
