摘要： 对北京市"名校办分校"政策的十年探索进行理性反思。认为当前政策目标已经逐渐从工具理性走向价值理性,名校与分校在办学过程中逐渐由松散性帮扶走向实质性合作,各利益相关群体对于政策效果有各自看法。建议从厘清政府、名校、分校的职责出发,推动各方鼎力合作,使名校与分校从形式合作逐渐实现实质融合。

摘要： 形式解释论主张,在认定构成犯罪角度上,应该以一个国家内公民的通常观念为基础,使刑法条文成为公民的基本行为规范。形式解释论在刑罚适用上表现出了谦抑的态度,能有效避免刑罚不恰当地发动或者扩大化。宽严相济的刑事政策,体现了对自由的尊重,对过分强调秩序的矫正,形式解释论因其更加克制,符合宽严相济刑事政策的精神。

摘要： 通过对新疆工程学院《形势与政策》课教育教学的实践,分析当前《形势与政策课》所存在的问题,提出对上好该课程的诸多方面加强管理的对策建议,达到有利于提高该门课程教学质量的目的。

摘要： This paper aims to examine the impact of policy measures on promoting a modal shift. Based on the results put forth by previous research, we first formulate hypotheses that describe the effects between policy measures and modal shift. Using these hypotheses, we set up the research framework to complete this study, which is then tested with data (sample size 171) and AMOS 18.0. The paper contributes to the literature in the following ways: First, we verify this impact with statistical analyses through testing hypotheses based on the previous research. Second, we develop the model describing the effects between policy measures and clarify their directivity with structural equation modeling. The directivity of effects accounts for the interaction and relationship between policy measures to promote a modal shift. In this paper, we clear up the effects of policy measures better in order to promote a modal shift, which the previous research discussed conceptually.

摘要： 形势政策课是对大学生进行形势与政策教育的主渠道、主阵地，在大学生思想政治教育中担负着重要使命，具有不可替代的重要作用。为了让我校形式哒篁掺能够更有效的发挥其作用，改进不足之处，我们可以在教学内容、教学环节、教师队伍、教学管理等方面进行改进。

摘要： "形势与政策"课是高校思想政治理论课的重要组成部分,是对当代大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道、主阵地。南华大学通过课堂主渠道、专题教学社会实践、课校园网络、邀请知名校友交流与对话等多种形式,开展"形势与政策"课教育,收到了较好的教学效果,受到学生好评。

摘要： In this work, closed-form expressions for capacities per unit bandwidth for MIMO-OFDM systems employing Orthogonal Space-Frequency Block Coding over multipath frequency-selective fading channels are derived for adaptation policies like optimal power and rate adaptation, optimal rate adaptation with constant transmit power, channel inversion with fixed rate, and truncated channel inversion polices. A Signal-to-Noise Ratio based user selection scheme is considered. Optimal power and rate adaptation policy provides the highest capacity over other adaptation policies. Capacity penalty is the highest for optimal rate adaptation with constant transmit power policy, while the performance of channel inversion with fixed rate policy and truncated channel inversion policy lie between that of OPRA and ORA policies.

摘要： 《形式与政策》课是一门基础性课程,具有很强的导向作用,但是在实际教学中,却得不到学生的重视。为改变这一现状,教师要根据本门课程的特点和学生实际,对教学进行探索,提出有用的解决办法。

摘要： 在E-learning背景下,Moodle平台作为一个开源课程管理系统(CMS),也被称为学习管理系统(LMS)或虚拟学习环境(VLE),以其优越的性能深受世界各地教育工作者喜爱,并在教育领域广泛使用。从当前国内外对Moodle平台的使用情况和对Moodle平台的开展的研究都表明,这是一个需要教师与学生广泛参与才能发挥其优越性能,进而达到良好的教学效果的一个平台。作者以贵州师范大学《形式与政策》这门课程Moodle平台教学为例,分析该课程Moodle平台教学实施中的师生参与情况,并提出改进的建议和对策。
