教师是办好思想政治理论课的关键主体。新时代高校思想政治理论课教师应当具备理论转化能力、政治素养能力、教学认知能力、数字技术应用能力和科研能力。然而,高校思想政治理论课教学面临着理论与实践相脱节、数字技术应用有限、教师主导地位受到冲击、教学与科研难平衡等困境。因此,应当提高思政课教师的专业理论素养、实践教学能力、政治素养能力、专业道德水平和应用数字技术的能力,从而增强思想政治理论课教学质量。Teachers are the key subjects in running ideological and political theory courses well. Teachers of ideological and political theory courses in universities in the new era should possess theoretical transformation ability, political literacy ability, teaching cognitive ability, digital technology application ability, and scientific research ability. However, the teaching of ideological and political theory courses in universities faces challenges such as the disconnect between theory and practice, limited application of digital technology, the impact on the dominant position of teachers, and the difficulty in balancing teaching and research. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the professional theoretical literacy, practical teaching ability, political literacy ability, professional ethical level, and ability to apply digital technology of ideological and political course teachers, in order to enhance the quality of ideological and political theory course teaching.
